Long bike ride makes Wichita State plane crash survivor feel even more alive

Rick Stephens was one of nine survivors of the 1970 crash of a plane carrying first-string Wichita State football players, the team's head coach, athletic administrators and boosters. Now he raises money for breast cancer research. Says Stephens: “We should all be in awe of the miraculousness of our own existence.”
